The condo has a galley kitchen with a kitchen window providing a great view. The dining area is adjacent to a very large window which provides a great view. The windows face south with resulting sun shine most of the day. The sitting area has a large convertible couch, a single sofa chair and entertainment center. The office area has a desk, matching file cabinet and matching bookcase. The condo has lots of storage provided by build in cabinets and closets.
The condo is fully furnished: bed and bath linens, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, under the cabinet microwave, gas range and Corian counter tops, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal etc., all cooking and dining utensils, and even spices. There is a TV, a VCR, a DVD, and a CD/Tape-stereo.
The building complex has a laundry room and 24 hour doormen.
This is an ideal place to live all year.
