The Marriott Resort Hotel (the resort is four stars with a championship golf course) which links to the main resort. The house is decorated with taste, is well maintained and is fully furnished with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The house is air conditioned with a two zone air conditioning system. It has white plantation shutters throughout. The 2000 square foot (185 square meters) unit is perfect for a small family (sorry, no pets) and sleeps six comfortably (queen size bed in the master bed room, a queen size bed in the second and two single beds in the third). The second and third bedrooms are immediately across from the second bathroom. The living area has an open kitchen with a large island adjacent to the family room. The family room has a gas fireplace, a large leather couch and a leather chair. The dining room has a wonderful large travertine marble dining table with six chairs. The living room has a three person couch, sitting chair and coffee table. The office room has a large desk with 6 drawers, bookcases and a reading chair. There is a washer and a dryer in a separate laundry room and a two car garage. All rooms have 9 foot ceilings with fans. The house provides everything: bed and bath linens, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cook top and two double wall gas ovens, over the counter microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal etc., all cooking and dining utensils, and even spices. There are two cable TVS, a VCR, a DVD, and a CD/Tape-stereo. The back yard is private with a lawn, two person hammock, but no pool. This is an ideal place to live all year.
