| The last move I made, from Malibu to San Diego, I picked the Landlord ahead of picking the apartment. Having suffered the inconvenience and frustrations of a BAD Landlord it was most important for me.
I had rented a garage space from Robert for a couple of years with no problems. Impressed with his style of no nonsense, efficiency, and available for emergency.
I called to see if he also handled apartment rentals and the rest is rental bliss.
I have a cute and affordable place and a Landlord I like and laugh with. I pay my rent on time and he takes care of repairs that might come up. It is one thing that makes life a little less stressful; to have a Landlord you can trust. Kerry Champion Williams

| I rented a 1 bedroom from Innorev Enterprises in 1998. I was fresh out of college and still in the job interviewing process. Robert was willing to work with me as I was not sure where my job search would lead me. I was pleased to be moving into a newly renovated apartment in a great neighborhood. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the apartment was at the time of my move in. Maintenance/ Repair requests were always cheerfully handled on a timely basis. Robert's level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout my rental experience was exceptional. I now own several rental properties and try to manage them to the same high standards as Robert manages the Innorev portfolio. Ken Ellis |
| My sister and I rented a lovely little house on Texas Street from Mr. DeLaurentis in May of the year 2000 and lived in it for a little over 2 years. During that time we were treated with respect and honesty. Repairs or problems were always dealt with swiftly and to our complete satisfaction. It was obvious to us that Mr. DeLaurentis cared very deeply about his properties because he managed them with such professionalism and yet never forgot to add a touch of warmth and a little humor in his communications with us. We found him to be a most pleasant person.
After a time I became restless and wanted to utilize my gardening skills on the property and was granted permission to do just that. In addition to ornamental plantings that first year, I slipped in a few tomato plants. Mr. DeLaurentis was pretty nice about it, even though they were not permanent plants. The tomatos were delicious and when the season was over I replaced them with a more permanent installation.
Now, years later, I am living in another city. I buy my tomatos in a supermarket and I rent from a team of emotionless investors. There is no garden, there is no cute little house. Most of all, there is no Mr. DeLaurentis.
Should you have the opportunity to rent from him, consider yourself most fortunate.
